Smoked stuffed pork loin

Hope everyone is well and properly distanced! LoL!

The latest episode of Uncle Pookie's BBQ is on YouTube where I "unroll" a pork loin, create and spread an apple chutney, and tied the loin up to smoke on the UPS (Uncle Pookie Smoker). The finished product looked good, but tasted great! Hope y'all enjoy!
